I have a few favorite dishes that I order at any Thai restaurant I go to: pad prik king w/ chicken, tom yum soup, spicy beef salad, crab fried rice, and pad kee mow. Thai Curry has the best presentation of their food and the taste is the best I've had. The pad thai is never dry, the taste is right on the money, and unlike some other restaurants, you can actually request to have this made spicy too : ) I make the drive out to Paramount whenever I'm in the mood for good Thai food. Hands down, the Pad Prik King is the best. They don't skimp on the portions, so if you're eating by yourself, you will have leftovers. The service is also top notch, not to mention the perks of being a regular. If you want to try authentic Thai, I would highly suggest this place.

There are a few tables and several booths with the typical Thai restaurant decor and delicious pictures of some of their entrees. Despite its location, it's a great place to take your date - low key, cozy, and awesome food.

They do accept credit cards! Visa and Mastercard with a $10 minimum purchase.

I've been coming to this place since the first day it was open. Not only is the lady that runs this place friendly, but the food is great. Every time I go to this place, I like to order a different dish, and so far I have not been disappointed. I really love their papaya salad, which to me is by far the best I've had. Prices are reasonable, the place is clean, and it's conveniently located.
If you are looking for a small place that offers good Thai food at an affordable price, this is one of the places to stop by and grab a bite...or two.

This place is a gem in Paramount.
For those of you that don't know about Paramount, it's North-North-North Long Beach. The population is unapologetic Latino and the only ethnic flavor we have is brown.
Thai Curry has some of the best noodles in town. Their Pad See Iew is orgasmic and their Pad Thai is amazing. I've also had their Pineapple Fried Rice and their spicy beef salad and was just as impressed. Even though Curry is their namesake, I've had better. It always seems to be a fattening curdled mess of coconut milk and grease. They don't take credit cards and they're closed on Sundays, but I treasure the Mondays through Saturdays when I have twenties in my pocket.

This is an outstanding mom and pop Thai Restaurant with great service and foods. The only bad thing I can say is that I no longer live in Paramount. Also this is the only Thai Restaurant that can actually make my food Thai Style SPICY!! The chicken panang Thai Style is my favorite dish at this place and the Prik Nam Plah is always fresh!
